How do you generate exclusive leads?

All Exclusive Leads are generated from a network of our own targeted website campaigns and by using selected permission based data. All the information in the leads is provided straight from the consumer, it is not manipulated by us in any way.

How are your leads qualified?

Generally the consumer completes a detailed questionnaire about their specific finance requirements which is then forward through to our in-house Lead System for us to contact. Once we receive this one of our specialist agents will call the applicant to further qualify the lead before sending this on to our clients.

How are the Exclusive Leads delivered?

We can deliver leads through our sophisticated unique Exclusive Lead Delivery System via email or hot-key our secured applications directly to your agents or both!

What kind of closing results should I expect?

This is very difficult to answer as almost every company has different products, staffing levels and ways of operating their business, however, the leads we provide will be for those genuinely looking for a loan, so your chances of closure are dramatically increased because of the seriousness of the applicant.

What is Exclusive Lead's replacement policy?

We are one of the few lead generation companies that offers a full replacement commitment - If the information provided by the exclusive lead is insufficient or incorrect and therefore cannot be contacted, please return it to us within 24 hours and we will replace it with the next available one, at no extra charge or if the applicant has no further interest in taking out a loan/mortgage, then that will be replaced too.

Are your calls recorded?

Yes - we record every call from every agent, so if there are any issues regarding our leads we can interrogate the voice files for any particular lead.

How many brokers is each exclusive lead sold to?

Our leads are Exclusive and sent to a single company ONLY.

Can I place a limit on the number of Exclusive Leads that I get per day?

You can specify a daily minimum and maximum although as this is not a perfect science we cannot always guarantee this will be achieved.

What does each lead cost?

The price of leads will vary depending on the specific type you require, e.g. unsecured, secured, hot-keyed, full application etc. For a current price please contact us directly and we will be happy to help.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum order is generally around 20 leads and these can be delivered at the frequency of your choice.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No - although our clients who commit to us by signing a contract do get priority delivery, so they will always get their leads first and we will always work to fulfill our contracted clients ahead of others.
