Re-mortgage leads

We categorise our Re-mortgage into three different bands and areas:

Sub prime leads - those with mortgage arrears, bad credit history, missed payments, arrears, defaults, ccjs etc

Near prime re-mortgage leads: those where the applicant maybe with a Sub prime lender current but looking now for a new deal and perhaps going back to a mainstream lender.

Clean re-mortgage leads: those who are looking to re-mortgage (no rate chasers) and are looking for additional borrowings (excluding any redemption penalties)

All of our Re-mortgage Leads will have been spoken to before being passed through to any of our clients.

They will need to fit our basic criteria of:

• Min additional borrowings of £5000.00 - no maximum (excluding redemption penalties)
• Max LTV of 85%
• Must be employed, self employed or on suitable income
• Must be min age 21 years old
• Must have a mortgage already (no unencumbered properties)

Every lead carries a unique reference number with every phone call recorded and monitored.

We even check the house value against a web based property website (www.ourproperty.co.uk) to ensure our customers don't over exaggerate their property valuation.

We can deliver instantly by emailEmailed leads - These leads are instantly delivered via our Lead System directly to an email address of your choice. It will include the unique reference number, the customer's full details and the best time to contact them. or hot-keyHot-keyed leads - This is where the customer is passed through to you whilst they are still on the phone, so that you can speak to them directly. We will also automatically email their details through whilst the call transfer is being made so that you should have their details by the time you have completed your introduction. the client directly in to your sales environment.
